Product Description

The heat exchange of the drying drum is efficient; aluminum silicate insulation cotton is used outside the drum and stainless steel plate covered,to effectively reduce heat loss.

It is automatically welded by the full-automatic submerged arc welding robot. The butt position adopts three-layer welding process, with one welding between the seam surfaces, one inside and one outside the drying drum, solid and beautiful, and long service life.

The drying drum adopts friction drive mode. In order to ensure the service life of the main components more than 20 years, the roller of the drying drum is forged with NO.35 steel to improve the strength, welding performance and bearing capacity; the supporting wheel is forged with 40Cr steel, with surface quenching treatment to improve the quenching hardness and depth, reduce the quenching deformation, greatly reduce the friction and wear of the drying drum and the supporting wheel, and improve the working stability and the service life of the drying drum.

The optimized design of the aggregate containing and lifting paddles can ensure a very high thermal efficiency of the drum.
