The vibrating screen of our company is driven by double vibrating motors imported from Italy, without transmission device, with low failure,compact structure, light weight of screen body, small impact on shaking of main building, energy saving, high screening efficiency; it is safe and reliable, long service life, maintenance free design.
Heat preservation layer is set outside the shell to effectively reduce heat loss.

The vibrating screening system is small in size and saves hoisting cost.The screen mesh of our existing vibrating screen (the 2 pictures on the left) is installed in the form of pulling hook tension, so it is convenient to replace. The early screen (the picture on the right) is fixed by a large number of bolts, which takes a lot of manpower and time to remove.For example, it may take you half a day or even one day to replace the old screen, but it only takes two or three hours to replace the new one.

Our company adopts the form of hydraulic riveting, which is anti loose, firm and durable. The mature technology of rivets has long been applied to the parts that are easy to vibrate and loosen, such as the girder of large truck and the impeller of fan.

After heat treatment, the connecting plates at both ends of the beam supporting the screen are milled to eliminate the welding stress, to ensure the assembly accuracy and reduce the bias load,to avoid the deformation or vibration cracking in the later stage, to ensure the rigidity of the screen body and improve the stability.
The connection hole adopts laser cutting technology. Compared with the traditional 16mm hole with 14mm bolt, the gap between the laser cutting connection hole and the rivet rod is smaller, the horizontal error of the beam installation is smaller, the material layer bias load is eliminated, and the uneven tension of the screen is eliminated.
