1) Do not oil and distort the rubber floating seal ring during assembling the rollers

2) A small amount of oil should be covered/coated on the contact surface while pressing the floating oil seal.

3) After finishing the assembling process,fill in 80% of clean extreme-pressure vehicle gear oil and confirm no leaking 4 hours later.

4) Track roller, carrier roller, idler are mounted with long life well sealed Duo-cone floating ring well sealed Duo-cone floating ring seal.
