We follow the strict smelting process: EF+LF + VD+VC, to guarantee the inside quality of the ingot is better.
When it comes to forging process, our forging engineers are very skilled and experienced, the simple  process for open die forging is :
Ingot→heating→ forging → Heat treatment (Normalizing+ tempering) → Inspection
→rough machining→UT → twice Heat treatment →finishing machining →Inspection
The forging process can create parts that are stronger than those manufactured by any other metalworking process.

Qingdao Hexin Machinery Co., Ltd.  is a modern, forging plant specializing in heavy forging in a wide variety of sizes to meet the most stringent customer specifications.
