Operating Method of Hydraulic Guardrail Pile Driver:

1. Adjust the vertical position of the chassis and the lateral position of guardrail post to make post reach specified position.

2. Raise hydraulic hammer to the top, place the lower part of guardrail post on the pile position, align the upper part with the lower part of the hydraulic hammer, press the post, and then hammer the post. When driving a post, the position of the post should be observed at any time.

3. The pile head keeps pressure on guardrail post until the post is driven to accurate positioning.

4. The impact and vibration of the machine is obvious when it is working, and the dynamic state of each part should be observed at any time when it is operating. If abnormal noise or other abnormal phenomena occur, the machine should be stopped at any time for inspection, after the failures are removed, the machine can be restarted only.

If leakage of hydraulic system joints or loose parts are found, the machine should be shut down to adjust and tighten so that it can continue to be used after normal operation.

5. Hydraulic hammer should be lowered to the lowest level at the time of the end of operation.
