Product Description

The feeding belt adopts the wear-resistant belt with skirt, which prevents the belt from scattering materials, avoids the direct friction between the hopper body and the belt, and prolongs the service life of the belt.

The cold bin is equipped with a large angle hopper and a special arch breaking device to ensure that the sand hopper is not easily blocked..

The number of cold hopper can be configured according to the customer's require.

Each bin is equipped with a sound light alarm device for material shortage, which is connected with the control system.

The top of each bin is provided with a grid to filter the oversized aggregate or sundries. The grid spacing is 100 × 100mm (or according to the customer's requirements).

The door of the bin can be adjusted properly to ensure the primary aggregate distribution.

An arch breaking vibrator is installed on the wall of the sand bin. When the material flow is not smooth due to humidity, the vibrator can be opened automatically. And the wall vibrator also has manual forced vibration control mode. Users can choose to use it in the controlling room according to the actual mix demand of the materials.
