1. Lift-slab Elevating Conveyor (block stacking machine):
According to the different type of bricks, the finished products will be moved from the discharge 
transmitter and pilled up automatically 3  to 8 layers by the elevating conveyor, and carried to the
maintaining place by the fork lifter truck. It could reduce labor and ground.
2. Colour face material feeder (layered material feeding)
QT6-15 block forming machine is completely controlled by PLC system. by operating its computer
interace, the random signal analysis, fault diagnosis and parameter  setting-up of all kinds of materials
can be achieved, easily. The  material stock hopper and the material feeding hopper are separated, to
each other, for the purpose of quantitative feed of materials, which can effectively control the advance
liquidation of some concrete and reduce the feeding time. Its unique material-feeding device can quickly
and evenly discharge the materials into the moulding box so that the weight error in finished products
can be reduced to the minimum.
For its frame structure, super-strong shaped steel bars are used; for its electronic and hydraulic
systems, most the important elements are are imported. So, all of these have ensured the stability and
reliability of the machine in long term of operation. This machine has good applicability, it not only can
be used for producing concrete blocks of high strength, but also for pulverized coal ash bricks. cinder
bricks, mine slag blocks, and so on. only by changing different moulds and dies, the hollow blocks and
solid blocks of different specifications can be manufactured.
